Shipping FAQ

Where do you ship to?

At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada. However, we are hoping to expand into Europe in the not too distant future and Worldwide not too long after that.

What shipping options are available?

We currently offer USPS shipping options for all of our customers worldwide. 

Will my shipments include a tracking number?

Tracking numbers are included for shipments made with USPS: First Class or Priority Mail.

How long will my package take to ship?

Our goal is to ship all orders within 24 hours (often the same day), but with the complexities of logistics this may not always be possible. Should any delays occur, we will reach out to make you aware and make things right. 

Once sent off, deliveries typically take 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class (for packages under 1 pound), or 1 business day via USPS Priority Mail Express.

Can I see the cost of shipping before I make a purchase?

Yes! The shipping costs are clearly displayed on the final checkout page after you enter your customer information and before you confirm your purchase. 

Do you provide shipping insurance?

We do not provide shipping insurance. If you would like to add shipping insurance to ensure a proper delivery then you will need to request this separately via the Contact Us page.

What if an item arrives damaged?

We handle all of our items with the utmost care. Once we ship the item, it is now out of our responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. Still, should an item arrive damaged or otherwise, we evaluate on a case by case basis. If we believe the fault is on our side, then we will of course send you a replacement.

How will I know when my items are shipped?

An email confirmation will be sent to you along with applicable tracking number.
